  • This is my fourth Onkyo. The TX-RZ840 for the money is a no brainer. I have it set up for 7.2.4. I use an external amplifier for the extra channels. Everything works as advertised. I huge upgrade would be to support Chromecast Video. Easy enough to solve with a regular Chromecast. However only Chromecast audio is supported by native. I actually prefer the older digital interface than the newer software. However it is just as usable. I really enjoy this receiver.
